Initial Ayurvedic consultation (60-90 minutes) £70

The initial Ayurvedic consultation will consist of a deep assessment of your general health, medical history, diet and lifestyle to discover your body constitution (prakruti). To diagnose the constitution or see any health imbalances (vikruti), we will use traditional techniques such as pulse, eyes, tongue and nail diagnosis. The visit will provide you with a complete assessment of your physical, mental and emotional situation and make recommendations for improving or restoring you to best possible health and wellbeing. Depending on the assessment, advice will be given for your condition with suggested changes to your diet and lifestyle to suit your constitution and restore your balance. After the consultation, you will understand how to improve your digestion, promote health, increase your energy levels and have mental calmness.

Follow-up consultation £50

A follow-up session is recommended to monitor progress and further tailor the diet and lifestyle programme.

Online consultation £70 & follow-up consultation £50

If you cannot come to a face-to-face session, we can consult via email. The online consultation can still provide a complete assessment, except for the traditional diagnosis such as pulse and tongue analysis.

This is a personalised one-to-one programme with a complete holistic approach. It seeks to integrate the body, mind and spirit, with the power of nutrition, natural remedies, exercise, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and physical therapies such as massage to achieve and maintain good health at every level. Its focus embraces individuality, attending to each person’s unique constitution and individual nature.

Before Conception

We can help to perform a detoxification by providing a routine, diet and guidelines to follow to cleanse our body. We can provide advice to maintain a calm mind and increase our positive qualities before conception for both men and women.

During Pregnancy

There are many things we can offer such as massage for alleviating tension from neck, shoulders, back pain and swollen feet, and we can also suggest the most beneficial diet during pregnancy and daily routine tips.

There are specific beneficial yoga postures and breathing techniques that can help you during pregnancy. Practising yoga will prepare you for an easier birth, as it builds elasticity, balance, mental control, good breathing techniques as well as wellbeing and security. Yoga also helps to control breathing and relax the muscles, which is particularly important in the dilation phase of birth. It strengthens the transverse abdominal muscle and the pelvic floor, and also works on the pelvic ligaments, bringing flexibility for birth, as well as helping to reduce the physical discomfort so common in pregnancy.

After Delivery

Becoming a mother is a wonderful, life-changing event, but for most women it also presents a huge challenge and sometimes we can feel like we’re just not coping with it all.

There are many things that can be done to help you after delivery. Many women suffer from anxiety, insecurities, postpartum depression, hair loss, tiredness and weakness,negative thoughts or stress, so it is important during this time to have the necessary support for you and your baby to give you security and enough energy for the hard work of being a mum. During this process I can help you to deal with any of these issues.

I can also offer advice on the baby’s feeding process, suggest changes to your diet, help you to manage your sleep patterns with your baby and help you to have more energy physically and mentally and a good emotional balance. I can teach you the basics of baby massage to help strengthen your baby’s muscles and bones, while also relaxing your little one and helping him to sleep.
