Ayurveda Baby Massage Course

This is a training course for parents to learn how to perform traditional Indian baby massage. All babies, without exception, can be massaged. Massage is very beneficial for the baby and can help develop motor coordination and increase their muscular reactions, as well as encouraging the baby to be more receptive and react better to the space around him. It helps to increase the baby’s emotional contact with his parents through touch, look, skin, smile, sounds, hugs, smell and stimuli. Massage can also help with his digestion and sleep.

Parents can come along with their babies from 1 to 9 months.
